The little Greek village of Orei is well sheltered and is located next to a long stretch of beach. Farming is a major activity with plenty of fertile land surrounding the village so the local fresh produce is excellent. There are the ruins of Venetian and Turkish castles which are worth a visit. It is best to avoid Mondays because that is flotilla turn around day.
