Alimos Marina (Athens)
If you want to cruise the Saronic Islands, Athens is the place to start. Sadly, Alimos Marina which is government-owned suffers from lack of investment. The neglect is obvious; the poor quality of the facilities and limited berths are typical. There is little reason to stay too long even though there is plenty to see and do in Athens. One plus with Alimos Marina is that the cable car runs past the marina entrance.
