Telendos (Katafigio Agrias)
Telendos is north west of Kalymnos opposite the village of Myrties. It was formerly part of Kalymnos but it was separated when an earthquake struck in 535 AD. There is a very small population, around 50, living in a small fishing village. Fishing boats sell their daily catch to the tavernas so enjoy seafood while you are there. Regular ferries connect Telendos and Kalymnos, a 10 minutes crossing over the 700 metre stretch of water.
